Mouse Interleukin-4 (Il4) is an immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine in mice, produced by T cells and mast cells. It promotes B cell proliferation and antibody production, especially IgE synthesis. Il4 also regulates T cell differentiation and immune response control. Changes in Il4 levels indicate immune status and inflammation.
