User Note

  1. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
