Target Information
Canine Interleukin 17 Receptor D (IL17RD) is a type I transmembrane protein that regulates multiple signaling pathways. It is also known as Sef (similar expression to fibroblast growth factor). IL17RD is a negative fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signaling regulator and modulates receptor tyrosine kinase pathways. In dogs, IL17RD is involved in immune regulation and inflammation control by interacting with IL-17 and Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling. It also plays a role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of IL17RD has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory conditions.
