Target Information
Bovine CD166 antigen, also known as Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule (ALCAM), is a protein found on the surface of various immune cells, including T-cells and macrophages. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a significant role in cell adhesion and migration processes. CD166 is involved in immune responses, particularly in T-cell differentiation and interaction with other immune cells. It is also associated with the development of the immune system and has potential applications in immunological research and the study of diseases involving immune cell interactions.
