Rat SDF-1 is a prominent member of the CXC chemokine subfamily with a compact tertiary structure stabilized by conserved disulfide bonds. It maintains stable molecular folding and preserves intrinsic conserved polypeptide motifs under physiological conditions. This soluble protein widely distributes in extracellular fluids and tissue interstitial microenvironments. Its typical CXC chemokine structural features and secretory property clearly distinguish it from intracellular enzymes, nuclear regulatory factors and transmembrane receptor families.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
