Target Information
Rat IFNA2 belongs to a family of secreted immune cytokines with conserved alpha-helical structural domains that retain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is mainly generated by plasmacytoid dendritic cell populations upon external stimulation and circulates in extracellular fluid. Its soluble signaling ligand structure and immune cell-specific expression differentiate it from transmembrane surface receptors, cytoplasmic scaffold adaptors and chromatin-binding nuclear transcriptional regulators with simplified single-domain assemblies and broad expression across non-immune somatic cell groups.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
