Target Information
Mouse NIN is a large centrosomal scaffold protein with conserved microtubule-binding and protein-interacting domains that sustain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It concentrates at centrosomes in proliferating cell populations and organizes multiprotein assemblies to anchor microtubule networks. Its multi-domain cytoskeleton-regulating architecture and cell cycle-dependent localization differentiate it from secreted signaling cytokines, transmembrane cell surface receptors and nuclear transcription factors with simplified single-domain assemblies evenly distributed in non-dividing somatic cell subgroups.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
