Target Information
Chicken Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is a member of the TGF-β superfamily. It is produced by granulosa cells in the ovaries and Sertoli cells in the testes. AMH plays a key role in sexual differentiation by inhibiting the development of Müllerian ducts in males. In females, it regulates follicle development and is used as a marker of ovarian reserve. AMH also has roles in bone metabolism and immune regulation.
