Mouse Growth Hormone Receptor (GHR) is a single-pass trans-membrane glycoprotein that dimerizes upon binding GH to activate JAK2/STAT5 signaling, governing post-natal growth, lipolysis and hepatic IGF-1 synthesis. High expression in liver, adipose and skeletal muscle makes GHR a sensitive metabolic indicator. Validated antibodies detect the 120 kDa intact receptor and its 55 kDa soluble ectodomain without cross-reactivity to prolactin receptor, enabling accurate western blot, flow cytometry and immunohistology read-outs in growth, obesity and diabetes studies.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
