Mouse CTSH is a lysosomal cysteine protease with conserved catalytic and substrate-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is widely detected in epithelial and immune cell populations and forms functional multiprotein complexes within acidic lysosomal compartments. Its multi-domain proteolytic structure and broad tissue expression differentiate it from secreted signaling cytokines, integral transmembrane receptors and nuclear transcriptional factors with simplified single-domain assemblies enriched only in limited specialized somatic cell subgroups.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
