Target Information

Ras-Related Protein Rab-11A (RAB11A) is a small GTPase that plays a crucial role in intracellular membrane trafficking. Ras-related Protein Rab-11A is encoded by the RAB11A gene in pigs. Rab11a is a small GTPase that regulates intracellular membrane trafficking events related to autophagy. Research has shown that Rab11a acts as a proviral host factor that benefits PRRSV replication in a manner that correlates with autophagy.
