Target Information

Bovine Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Alpha B1 is encoded by the HSP90AB1 gene in cattle. HSP90AB1 is a molecular chaperone that assists in the proper folding, stabilization, and regulation of specific target proteins. In Thai indigenous cattle, polymorphisms within HSP90AB1 were not causative for the physiological responses, but they should at least be used as genetic markers to select appropriate breeds for hot climates.

Target/Biomarker Bovine HSP90AB1
