Rat RTKN is a cytoplasmic actin cytoskeleton adaptor protein with conserved Rho-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It exists in epithelial and mesenchymal cell populations and forms multiprotein complexes to coordinate cytoskeletal structural assemblies. Its multi-domain signal bridging architecture and widespread tissue expression differentiate it from secreted signaling cytokines, transmembrane cell surface receptors and chromatin-binding nuclear transcription factors with simplified single-domain assemblies limited to narrow specialized cell subsets.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
