Target Information
Rabbit F7 is a vitamin K-dependent secreted plasma glycoprotein with conserved serine protease and gla domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is primarily synthesized by hepatic cell populations and circulates throughout systemic blood vessels. Its soluble serum protease structure and liver-specific biosynthesis distinguish it from cell-surface transmembrane receptors, cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors and intranuclear transcriptional regulators with streamlined single-domain assemblies and widespread tissue expression patterns.
