Target Information

CD8 subunit alphae is encoded by the CD8A gene in cattle. CD8 is a membrane-bound glycoprotein complex expressed primarily in cytotoxic T lymphocytes. It is composed of two transmembrane subunits, α and β, that associate to form a disulfide-linked heterodimer.
