Rat IL2 is a secreted immune cytokine with conserved receptor-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is mainly produced by activated lymphoid cell populations and engages cell surface receptors to assemble extracellular signaling complexes. Its soluble secreted multi-domain structure and immune lineage-specific expression distinguish it from transmembrane surface markers, cytoplasmic cytoskeletal adaptors and nuclear transcription factors with simplified single-domain assemblies widely distributed across non-immune somatic cell subgroups.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
