Mouse Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 7 (IGFBP-7) is a member of the IGFBP family, involved in regulating the bioavailability and activity of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs). It binds to IGFs, modulating their effects on cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. IGFBP-7 also has intrinsic biological activities, including the regulation of apoptosis and angiogenesis. In mice, this protein is essential for maintaining tissue homeostasis and supporting normal developmental processes.
