Target Information

Mouse Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (A1AT) is a serine protease inhibitor primarily synthesized by hepatocytes and alveolar macrophages. It protects tissues from degradation by inhibiting elastase, plasmin, and thrombin. A1AT plays a crucial role in maintaining extracellular matrix integrity and has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties.
