Target Information

TNF receptor superfamily member 19 is encoded by the TNFRSF19 gene in pigs. Research has shown that porcine IFNA16 and TNFRSF19 polymorphisms are related to intramuscular fat content and/or fatty acid composition and may be potential candidate genes for lipid deposition and fatty acid composition in the muscle tissue of pigs.

Target/Biomarker Porcine TNFRSF19
Target Synonym TNF receptor superfamily member 19; tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19
Gene ID 100521146
UniProt ID A0A4X1U0T2
