Rat Adipose Stem Cells-RFP

Product Overview

Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) have a fibroblast-like morphology and strong proliferative capacity. Under specific inductive conditions, they can differentiate into adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, cardiomyocytes, epithelial cells, and more, demonstrating multipotent differentiation potential. SD rat adipose-derived stem cells + RFP were transduced with the RFP gene via lentiviral transfection. (These cells become puromycin-resistant after transfection.) They stably express the RFP protein.
