Immortalized Mouse Uterine Endometrial Epithelial Primary Cells are isolated from mouse normal uterine tissue and exhibited an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. These primary cells are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Immortalized Mouse Uterine Endometrial Epithelial Primary Cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions.
