Target Information

Rat cluster of differentiation 26 (CD26) is a multifunctional protein expressed on the surface of various cells, including immune cells and epithelial cells. It functions as a dipeptidyl peptidase, cleaving peptides such as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and chemokines. CD26 also plays a role in immune regulation by modulating T cell activation and cytokine production.
