Target Information
Mouse dopamine receptor D2 (DRD2) is a conserved seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor with a stable helical structure. It is mainly located on the plasma membrane of neuronal and endocrine cells, showing tissue-specific enrichment in the nervous system. The protein maintains good molecular integrity and conformational stability under physiological conditions. Its typical membrane-bound localization clearly distinguishes it from cytoplasmic, nuclear and matrix proteins.
