PED cells, or porcine endothelial cell line, are normal endothelial cells isolated from the vascular endothelial tissue of healthy pigs. They are widely used in vascular biology research, drug screening, and disease model construction. These cells exhibit adherent growth characteristics, show a typical epithelial-like morphology, and hold significant value in simulating human endothelial cell function and in cardiovascular disease research.
