Porcine Aortic Endothelial Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Aortic endothelial cells form the inner lining of the aorta and are continuously subjected to blood flow shear stress. Under shear stress, endothelial cells secrete various endothelial factors that, in turn, influence vascular contraction and growth. Porcine Aortic Endothelial Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens were immortalized by lentiviral transduction carrying the SV40 gene (these cells become puromycin-resistant after transduction).
