Mouse Forestomach Cancer Cell Line-MFC-OVA
Product Overview
Mouse Forestomach Cancer Cell Line-MFC is a frequently used cell model in gastric cancer research, widely applied to investigate the molecular mechanisms, immune regulation, and therapeutic strategies of gastric cancer. MFC cells exhibit good proliferative capacity in vitro, are capable of forming tumor spheroids, and can generate solid tumors in vivo. Under specific conditions (e.g., co-culture with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells), MFC cells can be induced to alter their tumor-associated phenotypes. Mouse Forestomach Cancer Cell Line-MFC-OVA are MFC cells infected with lentivirus and stably overexpress OVA.
