Duck peripheral blood primary monocytes are isolated from duck peripheral blood. After isolating, the cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Avian peripheral blood primary monocyte products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, such as PCR, Western blot analysis, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also used to characterize cellular products and derivatives required for scientific research, as well as to carry out scientific research in the field of animal immunology, including infectious diseases, and vaccine development.
