Rat Cavernous Endothelial Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens

Product Overview

Immortalized rat cavernous endothelial cells are isolated from rat cavernous and exhibit an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. Endothelial cells are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Immortalized rat cavernous endothelial cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions.
