Product Overview

RAOEC rat aortic endothelial cells are a cell type derived from the aorta of healthy adult rats. These cells exhibit endothelial-like morphology and grow adherently, originating from vascular tissue. They show good proliferative capacity in in vitro culture, and after immortalization, they can form stable cell lines for continuous passaging. RAOEC cells are widely used in various research fields, including studies on the role of vascular endothelial cells in inflammation, oxidative stress, and vascular diseases.
