Target Information

Mouse receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) is a key cytokine involved in the regulation of bone remodeling and immune responses. It binds to its receptor, RANK, on the surface of osteoclasts and their precursors, stimulating osteoclast differentiation and activation. This process is essential for bone resorption and maintaining calcium homeostasis. RANKL is also expressed in immune cells and plays a role in lymph node development and T cell survival.
