Mouse Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Line-LA795
Product Overview
Mouse Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Line-LA795 was initially developed from spontaneously formed lung adenocarcinoma cells in a T739 mouse, and successfully transplanted and serially passaged in syngeneic mice. This cell line exhibits typical lung adenocarcinoma characteristics, including acinar-like structures, high invasiveness, and excellent metastatic capability both in vivo and in vitro. The LA795 cell line is widely applied in various anti-cancer research areas, including anti-tumor drug screening, immune modulation, targeted therapy, and vaccine development.
