Mouse Epididymal Adipose Stem Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) have a fibroblast-like morphology and strong proliferative capacity. Under specific inductive conditions, they can differentiate into adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, cardiomyocytes, epithelial cells, and more, demonstrating multipotent differentiation potential. These cells were immortalized by lentiviral transduction carrying the SV40 gene, granting them unlimited proliferative capacity. The SV40 T-antigen can alter terminal cell differentiation, induce cells into S-phase, and bypass normal cell cycle checkpoints, thereby achieving immortalization.

Target Information
These cells are transformed and stably express the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens) to immortalize the cells and extend their lifespan.
