Mouse Dendritic Cell Line-DC2.4
Product Overview
DC2.4 cells are immortalized murine dendritic cells generated by transducing C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow isolates with a retroviral vector expressing murine granulocyte-macrophage CSF (GM-CSF) and the myc and raf oncogenes. DC2.4 cells exhibit characteristic dendritic cell features, including typical cellular morphology, expression of dendritic cell-specific markers, and the ability to phagocytose and present exogenous antigens on both MHC class I and class II molecules. These cells are a widely used experimental model for investigating dendritic cell (DC) function and immune responses.
