The OCCM-30 mouse cementoblast cell line is a cell line widely used in the study of periodontal tissue regeneration, cementum mineralization, and related molecular mechanisms. This cell line is derived from the periodontal ligament tissue of OC-TAg transgenic mice (Mus musculus). Its cell type is osteoblast, exhibiting fibroblast-like, polygonal, and spindle shapes. It is extensively applied in fields such as periodontal tissue regeneration, cementum mineralization, cell differentiation regulation, and signal pathway research.
