Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens-GFP
Product Overview
Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) possess multipotent differentiation potential, enabling them to promote the regeneration of mesenchymal tissues such as bone, cartilage, muscle, ligaments, tendons, fat, and stroma. The in vitro isolation and culture of BMSCs with high purity, strong viability, and uniform biological characteristics are crucial for tissue engineering and for both in vivo and in vitro cell experiments. Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens were generated via lentiviral transfection carrying the SV40 gene and the GFP gene (these cells acquire puromycin resistance after transfection).

Target Information
These cells are transformed and stably express the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens) to immortalize the cells and extend their lifespan.
