Target Information

Staphylococcus epidermidis is a Gram-positive, cocci-shaped bacterium that is part of the normal skin microflora. This bacterium is also present in the rumen of reindeer. Reindeer, as highly efficient ruminant animals, can thrive on the fibrous lichens and Arctic plants found in their challenging habitats.
