Target Information

Anaplasmosis can be triggered by obligate intraerythrocytic bacteria belonging to the order Rickettsiales, family Anaplasmataceae, and genus Anaplasma. Dogs exposed to anaplasmosis may show no clinical symptoms, or the symptoms may be vague and non-specific. The most common clinical signs include fever, decreased appetite, lethargy, and dehydration.
