Rat Ascites Carcinoma Cell Line-Walker/LLC-WRC 256 is a rat ascites tumor cell line. These cells were originally isolated from the peritoneal cavity of a rat and exhibit high transplantability and growth capability. When injected into the peritoneal cavity of rats, these cells rapidly form ascites tumors, making them an excellent model for studying anti-tumor drugs in vivo.
