Mouse Hepatoma Cell Line-H22-Luc-GFP-Puro
Product Overview
Mouse Hepatoma Cell Line-H22 was originally isolated from the peritoneal cavity of a BALB/c mouse and exhibits highly characteristic hepatocellular carcinoma features. It can form tumors in mice via intraperitoneal or subcutaneous injection. H22 cells have a high proliferative capacity and can metastasize in mice through various routes, such as portal vein injection. Additionally, H22 cells are capable of secreting multiple growth factors, including hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). This cell line is commonly used to establish mouse hepatocellular carcinoma models to investigate the pathological mechanisms of liver cancer, immune regulation, drug efficacy, tumor metastasis, and other biological processes. Mouse Hepatoma Cell Line-H22-Luc-GFP-Puro cells are a stable cell line derived from H22 cells infected with lentivirus, resulting in the stable expression of firefly luciferase and GFP.
