Product Overview

Mouse Cervical Cancer Cell Line-U14 was established by inoculating U14 tumor cells intraperitoneally into 615 mice and then performing primary culture using the ascites fluid. The tumor formation rate is 100% when transplanted into both 615 mice and C57BL/6 mice. The cells were transfected with lentivirus to carry the GFP gene and firefly luciferase gene.
