Mouse Breast Cancer Cell Line-Luciferase

Cat. No.CC7F4

Product TypeAnimal Cells and Cell Lines

Product Overview

Mouse Breast Cancer Cell Line is a 6-thioguanine resistant cell line. When injected into BALB/c mice, the cells spontaneously generate highly metastatic tumors that can metastasize to the lungs, liver, lymph nodes, and brain, while forming primary lesions at the injection site. This tumor is an animal model of human stage VI breast cancer. These cell products stably express lentivirally transfected luciferase and achieve visualization purposes in various related research applications through bioluminescence.
