Mouse Bladder Cancer Cell Line MBT-2
Product Overview
The Mouse Bladder Cancer Cell Line MBT-2 is a bladder cancer cell line derived from C3H/HeN mice. It was established from bladder tumors induced by oral administration of the chemical carcinogen FANFT and is widely used in bladder cancer research. MBT-2 cells have good engraftment capabilities in mice, forming tumors that resemble human bladder cancer. Because of this, they are extensively used to study the pathogenesis, treatment methods, and immune responses related to bladder cancer.
