Rat Glioma Cell Line-C6-Luc

Product Overview

Rat Glioma Cell Line-C6 was established by cloning a rat glioma induced by N-nitrosomethylurea, followed by a series of alternating in vitro cultures and animal passages. When the cells grow from low density to confluence, S-100 production increases tenfold. The cells were transfected with lentivirus to carry the Luciferase gene.
