Normal Rat Kidney Cell Line-NRK-49F is a normal rat renal fibroblast cell line widely used for studying renal fibrosis and related pathological mechanisms. This cell line is derived from rat renal interstitial fibroblasts and exhibits typical fibroblast characteristics, such as an irregular cell shape and large, deeply stained nuclei. In in vitro experiments, NRK-49F cells are often used as a model to study renal fibrosis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, inflammatory responses, and signaling pathway interactions.
