Product Overview

Mouse Neuronal Cell Line is a neuronal cell line isolated from the brain of transgenic mice. This cell line can be used for neuroscience and toxicology studies. The transgene contains the SV40 T antigen coding sequence linked to a 783 bp portion of the rat tyrosine hydroxylase gene. These cells express tyrosine hydroxylase and dopamine β-hydroxylase and contain neurofilaments. The cells can form tumors in syngeneic mice.
