Mouse Hippocampal Neuron Cell Line-HT22-Luc-GFP-Puro
Product Overview
Mouse Hippocampal Neuron Cell Line-HT22 is a subclone of HT-4 and is highly sensitive to glutamate, making it frequently used as a research model for glutamate-induced neurotoxicity. Through induced differentiation, HT-22 cells can exhibit characteristics closer to those of mature hippocampal neurons, thereby playing an important role in the study of neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammation, neuroprotection, and drug screening. The cells were transfected with lentivirus to carry the GFP gene and firefly luciferase gene.
