Mouse Neuroblastoma Cell Line-Neuro-2a (N2A) produces a large amount of tubulin, a protein that acts as a contractile system in neuronal cells in response to axoplasmic flow. Neuro-2a cells originate from a mouse neuroblastoma and are characterized by rapid proliferation and ease of culture. These cells can be induced to differentiate into cells with neuron-like properties, exhibiting certain neuronal characteristics.
