Product Overview

Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts-DR4-MEF were derived from DR4 mice at gestation days 12.5-13.5. They are untreated P0 generation feeder cells and can be passaged up to P3. They possess four types of drug resistance. Testing shows they can tolerate the following drug concentrations: G418 (neomycin): 200 μg/mL; Puromycin: 0.4 μg/mL; Hygromycin: 110 μg/mL; 6-Thioguanine: 2.5 μg/mL.
