Mouse Colon Carcinoma Cell Line-CT26.WT-Luc-GFP-Puro
Product Overview
CT26 cells are undifferentiated murine colon carcinoma cells that were induced by N-nitroso-N-methylurethane (NNMU). A clonally derived cell line from these cells was named CT26.WT. The CT26.WT cell line is a widely used and valuable model in cancer research, particularly for colorectal cancer and tumor immunology studies. CT26.WT cells are derived from BALB/c mice, making them compatible for implantation into immunocompetent BALB/c mice. Mouse Colon Carcinoma Cell Line-CT26.WT-Luc-GFP-Puro are a stable cell line derived from CT26.WT cells infected with lentivirus, resulting in the stable expression of firefly luciferase and GFP.
