EMT6 was established from a transplantable mouse mammary carcinoma that developed in BALB/cCRGL mice after implantation of hyperplastic alveolar nodules. It's often used as a preclinical model for tumor immunology research in triple-negative breast cancer. Mouse Breast Cancer Cells-EMT6-Luc-OVA cells are an EMT6 cell line stably expressing firefly luciferase and OVA, obtained through lentiviral infection.
